Do I need to ring and confirm my tour?
If you have booked online through our website and have received a confirmation email, this will suffice, there is no need to ring and confirm. You should just ensure you are at the meeting point on time. Meeting points and times are specified on the vouchers.

Is an advanced booking necessary or can I just show up at the meeting point? If I do need to book in advance, how far in advance must I do it?
We strongly advise against just showing up at the meeting point as we cannot guarantee that there will be spaces left on the tour. It’s very important for us to know in advance how many people are on each tour so that we can ensure we have a guide available for you! We suggest that you try and book at least a couple of weeks in advance so as to ensure that you are booked onto the tour and date that you prefer.

Can I join this tour as a one-day trip from Rome or Florence?
Yes! The Fast Train to Milan arrives in just three hours from Rome. If you catch the 06:30AM train from Rome you will arrive with an hour to spare until the start time of the morning tour -- enough to make it to the meeting point and grab breakfast. If your train is late (unlikely for a 06:30 train) you may miss the service and unfortunately in that case we cannot refund. If you are able, we recommend booking the afternoon tour which runs Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays if you are arriving from outside of Milan. Fees for the Fast Train are usually around 89,00 each way for second class, but Trenitalia sometimes runs discounts for those who take the train there and back on the same day. From Florence there are 7:00 & 8:00 AM trains that should get there in time for the morning tour at 52,00 euro each way. The trains are called “Frecciarossa”. There are inexpensive trains, however they will not arrive in time. Prices are subject to change. You can book online at www.trenitalia.it - and feel free to e-mail us for more details!

I am interested in your only ticket option. How far in advance should I book to ensure availability?
You may book your Last Supper Ticket Service with us only 96 hours (last minute) before the tour. At that point there may or may not be tickets available, we cannot guarantee availability. To ensure your place at the Last Supper in advance, we suggest you book our Skip the Line: Milan Tour. Your ticket is included, and is guaranteed.

The Sites Visited list includes the Scala Theatre - do we go inside and is the entrance ticket included?
Our tour includes a visit of the Scala Theatre from just outside. We do not go inside and a ticket is not included. You can easy head back to visit this site on your own, which includes a small Museum and gift shop.

Where is the meeting point? How will I find my tour guide?
The meeting point of your tour will be clearly indicated on the voucher you receive at the time of booking. All of our meeting points are located in the city center of Milan and are convenient to the route we will be taking. At the meeting point indicted, your guide will be holding a Last Supper Tickets sign. We recommend consulting a map and showing up at least 15 minutes before departure time to check in with your guide. Remember to print your voucher and bring it to the meeting point with you!
